LGBT people are one of the few cultural groups that are not raised in their culture and community. Not only that but many of us in Canada live where there is little or no LGBT community.

Rainbow Link was created to help LGBT people connect with their LGBT culture and community in Canada. We have started by providing books, periodicals and other materials to Canadian LGBT organizarions and to libraries in Canadian educational institutions. We hope to create a website to help you connect to the broader Canadian LGBT community in the big cities and the most far flung cabin in the wilds.

If you are an individual we will be working on adding information to our website to help you reach out to the diverse rainbow of the Canadian LGBT community and also help you add your personal colouration to the rainbow of the Canadian LGBT community. Please send us your suggestions and links to information from your area that might be of interest to other Canadians in our community.

If you are an LGBT organization or library at a Canadian educational institution please contact us to join Rainbow Link. You will then be able request material we have available. At the moment most of the material are books but we are working at sourcing other items. As we do not have enough of each item to supply all the requests for it we must decide who gets what so we need to know as bit about you and how you will use the material we send to benefit the community you serve.
